Digital Ticket Delivery
All event tickets purchased through our platform are delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, your ticket will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tickets are typically delivered within minutes; however, delivery times may vary due to network or email service delays.
If you do not receive your ticket, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during checkout is correct.
Merchandise Delivery
Merchandise orders are processed and dispatched by the relevant merchant, vendor, or organizer.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier services, and delivery location. Any estimated delivery dates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist in resolving the issue.
Following review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Ticket Returns & Refunds
Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless:
- The event is cancelled.
- The event is significantly changed.
- The event organizer expressly permits refunds.
- Refunds are required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted through the contact details provided on the event listing or through our support team.
Service fees, booking fees, and processing fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Merchandise Returns
Customers may request a return of eligible merchandise within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include original packaging and tags where applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene, safety, or customized products, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Event Cancellations
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided during purchase.
Any refund arrangements will be communicated directly by the event organizer and processed according to the organizer’s refund policy and applicable laws.
